Ward L5

L5 is a 24 bedded ward with two consultants (Dr Thomson and Dr Feilding).


Currently double green and are due a NAAS assessment in June 2015. Our aim is to achieve a third green and go to SCAPE panel in late 2015.


L5 are involved in numerous Quality Improvement collaboratives, such as 

  • Patient, Family and Carer Experience Collaborative, 
  • Patient Flow, 
  • Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infections.

 


We are also involved in a CQUINN for End of Life Care to improve the use of Communicate My Care.
